Where can I shower at Heathrow Airport?

Heathrow showers are located in the lounges as well as in hotels where you can access the spa and book a room.

You have the option of showering and relaxing at the Sofitel Heathrow, and all you need to do is buy a day spa pass or a daily room rental.

A day passes for Heathrow Airport showers at the Sofitel costs £30.00 ($36,16 or €33,90) per person.

Room hire is also available at Aerotel, Hilton Heathrow hotels, etc.

Showers at Heathrow Airport are located in dedicated airport lounges, including Plaza Premium, No 1, and Club Aspire. You can book, enter, and use the services with a pass. There are also airline lounges that require people to be members of their loyalty programme and/or to have booked a business/first-class ticket.

Heathrow Terminal 2 showers

Here you will find the approximate cost and location of showers at Heathrow Airport Terminal 2.

  • Aer Lingus Gold Circle Lounge - located in the departure area, passenger side.
  • Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge - located in the departure area, passenger side.
  • Plaza Premium Lounge - located in the arrivals area, departures hall, passenger side.

Cost: 1-hour pass of £36 ($43,39 or €40,68). Shower usage £20 ($24,10 or €22,60) extra.

  • Singapore Airlines - located in Terminal 2B, inside the security area.
  • United Arrivals lounge

United Club Lounge (business class)/United Global First Lounge - located in the departures area, and passenger side.

Admission fee: £49,22 ($59 or €55,60) per person.

Please note that Heathrow Terminal 5 shower facilities are not available in the Plaza premium lounge.

Heathrow Airport toilets

Terminal 2

Heathrow Airport toilets in Terminal 2 are located in the following locations:

  • Check-in areas, level five - bathrooms are located on either side of the check-in areas (also in areas A, B, C, and D). The bathrooms are equipped with facilities for small children.
  • Departure lounges, level five - WC, and additional facilities for small children and persons with disabilities are located on both sides of the airport security exit.
  • Departure lounges, level four - women's/male's WC with additional options for children and people with disabilities are located here. Baby changing facilities are available in all departure halls, including Zone 2B.
  • Arrivals areas, first level - you can find bathrooms in the baggage claim area opposite carousels 2, 3, and 9, and next to the M&S Simply Food and Caffé Nero shops in the arrivals area.

Terminal 3

Heathrow toilets in Terminal 3 can be found at the following specified locations:

  • Check-in area, ground floor - located in check-in area B and between areas F and G.
  • Check-in area, ground level - WC are located at each end of the building and include all facilities.
  • Departure hall, ground level - all disabled bathrooms are at the end of the hall and there are changing tables for babies in the WC next to Ted Baker.
  • Arrivals area, ground floor - the toilets here include facilities for disabled people and children and are located in the baggage claim area opposite carousels 4 and 9. You can also find disabled bathrooms in the public area in the arrivals hall, furthest from the public entrance.

Terminal 4

You can find toilets in Terminal 4 in the following locations:

  • Check-in area, second level, and mezzanine - you will find toilets with facilities for small children and people with disabilities on either side of security, next to area G, and on the mezzanine level.
  • Departure hall, second level - WC including equipment for children and people with disabilities are centrally located on the sides of the main WorldDutyFree shop, and near Gate 11, landmark WHSmith shop.
  • Arrivals Hall, ground floor, and mezzanine - you will find WC in the baggage claim areas, in the arrivals hall near WHSmith, and next to the underground descent.

Terminal 5

Heathrow Terminal 5 toilets are located in the areas shown below:

  • Check-in area, third level - here you will find three bathrooms with included facilities for small children and people with disabilities.
  • Departure area, level three - here you will find five WC blocks, three located in front of security and two behind security (Huxleys and HMV shops as a reference).
  • Departure lounges, second level - is equipped with four blocks of toilet blocks that include options for small babies and people with disabilities.
  • Terminal 5B area - WC for children and disabled people are located in all buildings at the ends.
